The system suggests. People make the decisions.

The patient speaks from the case but decides nothing clinical. The patient’s condition, the results and the criteria follow the author’s rules, and the teacher sets the grade.

The case description before processing: the name and the date are replaced with placeholders.

Personal data stays with you

Clinical safety

The patient does not improvise on medical questions.

  • Only the facts of the case

If something is not in the case, the patient says “I don’t know” or “I don’t remember.”

  • The diagnosis stays hidden

Every answer is checked before it is spoken, and words that would give away the diagnosis do not get through.

  • Everything is recorded

Every line and every action is kept with its time, so the debrief is fair.

Personal data

The less data leaves, the better.

  • A pseudonym, not a name

Outside services see “the doctor”, not the student. Name and e-mail never reach them.

  • Anonymisation

Personal details in descriptions and documents are replaced before anything is processed.

  • No audio kept

Speech becomes text and is not recorded. The text is kept for the debrief.

  • Retention

Records are deleted automatically after a period the institution sets.

Which processors take part, and where, is set out in the data processing agreement.

Regulation (EU) 2024/1689

Grading is high-risk. So a person decides.

Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 lists systems that evaluate learning outcomes as high-risk (Annex III, point 3). The obligations for them apply from 2 December 2027 under Regulation (EU) 2026/1744.

  • Human oversight

The system suggests a score, and the teacher confirms or changes it. Only teachers write grades.

  • Transparency

Students know the patient is a simulation and the face is synthetic.

  • The emotions are the patient’s

The system does not recognise or assess students’ emotions.

  • An explainable score

Every criterion shows when it was met and which source it is graded against.

Infrastructure

A separate space for every institution.

Every institution works in its own space, with its own sign-in address. The data stays in the European Union.

  • A separate space for each institution

One institution’s users and data are not visible to another.

  • Invitation only

There is no self sign-up. The institution’s administrator invites users.

  • Database in the EU

The database is in Frankfurt, Germany.

  • Sign in through your institution

Students and teachers sign in at their institution's own address.

Content

Traceable licences. Cases written by physicians.

Every sound, recording, image and 3D model is used under its licence and listed on the sources page. Cases are written and approved by physicians and teachers.

Bring us one of your cases. We’ll build it in front of you.

In the demo you will see the conversation, the examination, orders and the debrief, and we will talk about where your department could start.
